Challenge

The challenge was to change how the medical prescription is made now, to offer greater convenience and comfort to patients when buying prescription medications through a valuable, easy-to-access, and easy-to-use service employing digital channels.

Solution

We managed to connect patients, doctors, and drugstores through a platform where the doctor first prescribes the drugs digitally so that patients can access it from a mobile application, in addition to allow them to carry out strict medical control, makes it possible to request from partner pharmacies the delivery of prescription drugs in a convenient place and at the right time.

Accessibility breach

Drugstores usually do not apply the 7600 law in their stores, hindering people with specific conditions from receiving adequate attention.

Online shopping benefits

We found that access to medication through digital means helping people who have time and mobilization problems.

Medication reminder

We realized people commonly use reminders and alarms as they usually forget to take their medication. For this reason, we implement functionalities based on people’s needs.
