Responsibilities:
- Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
- Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project requirements
- User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Information Architecture: Create clear and effective information architectures to ensure intuitive navigation.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
- UI Design: Design visually stunning and functional user interfaces, adhering to branding guidelines.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance UX processes.
Requirements:
- Mid-level:
- 2+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Senior-level (In addition to mid-level qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior designers.
- Experience with complex, data-driven applications.
- A deep understanding of UX research methodologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience with prototyping tools
- Familiarity with user testing and analytics tools
