Job Description:
The Professional is in charge of managing and ensuring that the Scrum process is carried out correctly and will help to eliminate impediments that arise in the organization and that may affect the delivery of the product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the organization in its adoption of Scrum
- Planning Scrum implementations within the organization
- Help the entire team understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
- Promote those changes that increase the productivity of the Scrum Team
- Help create high value products
- Eliminate impediments to the development team's progress
- Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
- Find techniques for effective management of the Product Backlog
- Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear, concise and well-defined elements in the Product Backlog
- Ensure that the Product Owner knows how to organize the Product Backlog to maximize value
- Understand and practice agility
Requirements:
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computing, Information Technology Administration or related careers
- More than 3 years of experience in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, LSM), Kanban
- Certificate of Professional Scrum Master I or II
- Experience in Jira/Confluence
- Certified in Professional Scrum with Kanban (desirable) or with knowledge of the framework
- Demonstrable understanding of agile practices
- Demonstrable skills of understanding scrum principles, roles, values, events and artifacts
- Knowledge of programming (Desirable)
- Management of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Management of collaborative tools (miro, Teams, zoom, Slack, office 365)
Desirable Skills:
- Leadership, excellent communication, teamwork, empathy, proactivity, detail orientation, problem solving, focus on objectives/goals, management of techniques to promote continuous improvement and good management of team motivation.
