SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENTCloud Migration for a renowned bank Service Payment Platform

Migration of 4 products that integrate the payments platform used in Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala.

By one of the largest banks in the region, through which more than 3 billion dollars are transacted monthly.

SET THE PROBLEMThe Challenge

Unify the applications of the bank’s headquarters in the 6 Central American countries, since each one had its own customization. In some occasions the production version of the applications was not the official one, according to the baseline. In addition, the bank did not have a testing environment to validate the changes that we developed (it was developed effectively due to the seniority of the developers), and not all countries had a contingency environment where the changes could be applied first to certify the operation.

We carried out the development in Java language for the 4 applications in the 6 countries of the region successfully and without major setbacks despite the challenging circumstances we faced.
